Set in some of the most picturesque countryside in North Yorkshire, the shooting ground is a narrow secluded valley, perfect for a cracking clays session. You'll learn first hand from CPSA certified coaches in a safe and friendly environment and each member of your group will start their day with one to one tuition and continue to be advised throughout. Your friends or colleagues will be busting clays in no time and experiencing the thrills and accomplishment themselves. Whether planning a group activity or corporate event, your event is tailored to suit the group's requirements, but will always include cartridges, clays, safety equipment, gun hire, tuition and maybe even some of our lovely home made biscuits.

    • The Top Gunner Package is perfect for those novice shooters amongst you and for those groups looking for a bit of fun!! After the initial registration and safety briefing, you?ll be kitted out with all the necessary gear, including waistcoat, ear defenders, safety glasses and cap. (After all, looking the part is half the fun!!) Then you?ll be split into groups of around 3-5 and a C.P.S.A qualified coach will be assigned to each group. After that you?ll take aim at a variety of stands of varying difficulty for 25 clays per person. Ready, Aim, Fire!!

(After all, looking the part is half the fun!!) Then you?ll be split into groups of around 3-5 and a C.P.S.A qualified coach will be assigned to each group. After that you?ll take aim at a variety of stands of varying difficulty for 50 clays per person. Aim, Pull, Shoot!!!

After that you'll take aim at the majority of our 27 stands, which vary in difficulty, for 100 clays per person. Smashing Fun!

We boast a great clubhouse and wonderful facilities including numerous traps for you to try your hand at. Each trap throws the clay in a different direction, speed and angle to simulate different game including grouse, driven pheasant and bolting rabbit. The layout even boasts a 60m high tower.
